NEW text/voice line & Email

If you didn’t see the other update notifications, please be aware that there is a NEW text and voice line.  Please make sure to add 920-241-6055 as the Ellipse Fitness number to reach Heather at. The old number has been closed out (it was 920-785-8017).

Also, please note the ONLY email for Ellipse Fitness now is allouez@ellipsefitness.com and this email goes straight to Heather. If you have anything else saved in your contacts, you can delete those.

Kickboxing Update! 

Some of you have been waiting for a different evening option for kickboxing and it has ARRIVED! Starting August 6th, kickboxing moves from Monday nights to Wednesday nights.  This is a 4-week series taking place 6:15p-6:55p and drop-ins welcome when there is space. Register HERE or send a message to claim a spot!

More of a morning person? We still have kickboxing Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5am and 5:55am!


MONDAY STRENGTH

Join us for a strength class on Mondays at 5am or 6am.  Buy 1 or more classes HERE and book the class that works best for you! 

FRIDAYS - SMALL GROUP METABOLIC STRENGTH

Send an email or text to join in on Fridays for small group metabolic strength training.  5:50am or 7:50am Fridays!  Every week is different using a variety of tools from TRX to ropes, kettlebells and more!
