Directions From Appleton:
Hwy 441 take the Calumet/County Road KK exit and head east (towards the
Wal-Mart). You will continue on County Road KK for 2.5 miles. Ellipse
Fitness will be on the South side of the road in a strip mall with Stiehl
Communications. (we are about half a mile after Schmalz Landscaping & just
before State Park Road)
From Kaukauna
Hwy 55 take County Road KK west. Continue for 1 mile. Ellipse Fitness will
be on South side of the road in a strip mall with Stiehl Communications.

Class Design
Same class all day, classes change on a daily basis. Get to class even with your busy schedule.
Class Layout
3 days cardio and 2 days resistance training. Get the results you're looking for.
