Why In and Outs?
In and Outs are a great way to challenge the core both in stability and with contraction.

Need to Evolve?  Try this!
If the standard In and Out is two much simply move the hands back and away from the glutes.  The further the hands from your center the less body weight enters the equation.

What to Amp it up?  Try this!

  1. Amp up this drill by taking your hands completely off the floor.  This will create and intense balance challenge as well as add body weight.
  2. Add a LIGHT weight held in the feet.  (When doing this version of the drill do not attempt it with out hands.  Place hands at the floor at the glutes for stability.
